Business Strategy Planning Director - Texas Commercial State Planner Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations in Texas may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The ideal candidate will reside near the Grand Prairie, TX Pulse Point location. The Business Strategy Planning Director - Texas Commercial State Planner is responsible for business unit strategic planning and customer insight work. How you will make an impact: Understands all aspects of the business and partners with executive leadership to define strategy and successful criteria for the future. Translates strategy into defined tactics, program/project priorities, and timelines and ensures alignment and attainment of enterprises strategic plans to turn strategy into reality. Documents strategic priorities such as external environment and reports on customer insight research initiatives. Builds and leverages relationships to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems. Proposes opportunities to improve results based on continuous needs assessment. Responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of line of business planning and project activities. Light travel may be required.
