Works closely with Professor Kourmoulis on a variety of tasks related to the sport management program. Assists with content creation and posting on sport management Instagram and LinkedIn. Collaborates on experiential learning trips and event planning for the program. Aids in grading low-stakes assignments for Sport Management classes. Providing outstanding service to various groups related to the sport management program (students, clubs, faculty, alumni, outside connections, etc.) Providing day-to-day administrative and office support for Sport Management. Communicating effectively as directed via telephone, email, and in face-to-face settings. Completing a diverse set of tasks designed to develop and strengthen knowledge and skills related to employment in a professional environment. Demonstrating a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Performing other duties as assigned. Ability and endurance necessary to work the hours needed to complete the job. Attendance at all mandatory meetings. Regular attendance. Must be able to work during the day. Hours are flexible around class and practice schedules, but all hours will be worked between the business department's office hours: 8 am - 5 pm.
