About The Position

The Business Specialist will organize and coordinate daily operations of the department. Serves as a department liaison to assure prompt, professional service. Maintains patient records in accordance with HIPAA and departmental standards. Handles all patient communication in a professional manner and appropriate to patient age, condition, and cultural needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Computer and Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Accuracy in spelling, grammar and communications

Nice To Haves

  • Previous secretarial and business skills work experience preferred
