About The Position

As a Sourcer on Range’s Talent team, you’ll support top-of-funnel recruiting efforts across a wide range of non-technical roles, including business operations, sales, marketing, finance, customer experience, and other generalist functions. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-quality candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact. This role is ideal for someone with early sourcing experience who enjoys variety, high-volume pipelines, and bringing creativity to how teams are built in a fast-growing startup environment. We're excited to hire this role at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA. All of our positions follow an in-office schedule Monday through Friday, allowing you to collaborate directly with your team. Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting support role, focused on business, generalist, or GTM hiring
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines across multiple role types
  • Strong written communication skills and an ability to tailor outreach to different audiences
  • A creative and resourceful approach to sourcing, you’re excited to try new ideas beyond standard templates
  • Comfort working with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities
  • Interest in startups, fintech, and building teams during periods of rapid growth

Responsibilities

  • Own top-of-funnel sourcing efforts for business, operations, and go-to-market roles
  • Proactively source candidates through creative outbound strategies
  • Review inbound applications and assess candidate alignment with role requirements and Range values
  • Craft personalized, engaging outreach tailored to a wide range of candidate profiles
  • Partner closely with recruiters to schedule initial screens and ensure a smooth transition into the interview process
  • Maintain accurate tracking of sourcing activity, outreach, and pipeline health in the ATS
  • Experiment with new sourcing channels, messaging, and approaches to improve response rates and candidate quality
  • Represent Range as a thoughtful and compelling employer brand to every candidate you engage
