Role Definition Support and enhance our Oracle EPM Cloud environment, splitting time between maintaining existing applications and developing new Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. This role sits within a larger Agile development team and works closely with Finance Subject Matter Experts to translate business and reporting requirements into scalable, technical EPM solutions that support planning, forecasting, and financial insight across the organization

Requirements

• Technology Advising: Knowledge of effective advisory methods and ability to provide valued information and advice to clients regarding products, technologies, services and solutions for a specific technology domain.
• Application Design, Architecture: Knowledge of basic activities and deliverables of application design; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design.
• System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms.
• System Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application, or operation.
• Agile Mindset & Adaptive Delivery Ability to work iteratively and flexibly—embracing change, prioritizing value delivery, and continuously improving processes through feedback, experimentation, and incremental enhancements in a fast‑paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Oracle EPM Cloud Experience Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, or strong aptitude and enthusiasm to develop expertise in this space.
• Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting Capabilities Experience with or exposure to Oracle EPBCS (Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service), supporting planning cycles, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Profitability & Cost Management Insight Experience with or understanding of Oracle PCMCS / EPCM (Profitability and Cost Management) concepts, including cost allocation, profitability analysis, or business unit performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services to internal finance groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.
• Analyze, define and document client's requirements, and revise existing systems logic challenges, as necessary.
• Monitor client experiences and feedback on the use of Oracle EPM applications; enhance system productivity, as needed.
• Participate in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
