About The Position

Under the direction of the Business Software Support Manager, the Business Software Support Specialist supports the branch loan origination system and provides support for branch and home office operations. He/she assists in the responsibility for Disaster Recovery efforts regarding system software. This position works closely with the Business Software Support Manager, and various members of the Product Team to ensure 1st Franklin's loan origination system is in unison with Company Policy and Procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop and move various computer related equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgement
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours
  • Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and greatly differing social and business settings
  • Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information
  • Action focused
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite products
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile

Responsibilities

  • Provides Customer Support to resolve IT related problems
  • Monitors ticketing system to provide timely response to software issues
  • Creates and maintains detailed comments in support request tracking system for business software issues
  • Maintain working knowledge of End User responsibilities
  • Identify trends and escalates accordingly
  • Work closely with Software Support Analyst and Product Team to ensure that enhancements and defects are identified and implemented efficiently
  • Creates an Exceptional Customer Experience
  • Responds to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Builds internal and external relationships
  • Ensures customer confidentiality and private information is maintained
