About The Position

Our Insides Sales team is looking for an enthusiastic support member to join their team. This role is responsible for supporting the leadership team through database design and management, current system enhancement contributions, business analytics, business landscape initiatives to support directed sales and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • High level of analytical competency and math skills demonstrated through professional accomplishments.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and interpret data.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint at an advanced level) is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships; will work closely with IT members.
  • Must be organized, resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to travel <25%.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or closely related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in a sales / business analytics environment and familiarity with aerospace markets.
  • Must be able to access all production and office areas of NHBB facilities.
  • Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Physically able to sit for prolonged periods of time. Must also be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, grab, twist, carry, push and pull as required to carry out job functions.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Business System Management: Responsible for continuously improving business systems and productivity tools through effective communication and collaboration including forecast data, customer/engineering data, performance analysis, quote history, etc. Propose development, advance functionality and/or maintain databases and applications used to support business direction, strategic planning and/or guide sales activities.
  • Analytics: Manage big business data into meaningful and actionable information. Organize sales data, support business landscape/roadmap development, create reporting tools to support business strategy; reporting tools may include gap analyses, market modeling, target growth program reviews, pricing reviews, customer alignment reviews, etc.
  • Continuous Improvement: Responsible for special project participation as needed. Proactively seek to understand business needs and provide relevant, data driven solutions
  • Customer Account Management: Responsible for NPI activity including but not limited to gathering forecast information, attending new product/ short lead time meetings, and follow up with customer through order placement. Account management where needed for strategic growth.
