As the first point of contact for clients calling Mind Springs, the Patient Representative provides a broad range of customer services skills that support clients and community partners. Provides navigation for incoming customer calls to obtain appropriate services. Provides consistent, quality customer service to consumers and staff of both the local office and rural offices within the Mind Springs Health organization. Ensures all client PHI (Protected Health Information) is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Supports all activities essential to efficient, daily office operations.
