About The Position

This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location, consistent with System Office policy. UNC Chapel Hill employees are generally required to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned duty station. The Business Coordinator will provide services in support of the Center for Information, Technology, and Public ( CITAP ), as well as overall administrative and financial support to leadership, employees, and students. This position will provide support across the following functional areas: events management, financial management and purchasing, travel coordination, general data management, scheduling, as well as other ancillary business, fiscal and administrative functions. The Business Coordinator will work independently to accomplish most tasks and responsibilities and serve a critical role in meeting the changing business needs of the School.
