The Business Services Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support for the Facility Operations and Programs Section, which includes Education, Clinical, and Facility Operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient business processes, compliance with financial and HR protocols, and smooth office operations across multiple programs and facilities. The coordinator serves as a key resource for managing contracts, budgets, and procurement activities while supporting federal programs and grants. In this role, the coordinator oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including processing invoices, reconciling P-Cards, and maintaining accurate records for reporting and decision-making. They provide essential human resources support by assisting with interview scheduling, onboarding, and compliance monitoring. Additionally, the position requires proficiency in multiple technology platforms such as Microsoft Office, E-Procurement, NCFS, and SharePoint to manage workflows effectively. The coordinator also handles office management tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, managing travel arrangements, and overseeing inventory and state vehicle assignments. Beyond daily operations, the Business Services Coordinator facilitates training for staff on business-related processes, provides cross-sectional support to ensure continuity of services, and participates in special projects and committees as assigned. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams to maintain high standards of operational excellence.
