About The Position

Redwood Credit Union is looking for a Business Services Intern in their Junior or Senior year. The student filling this position will handle a wide range of important duties related to supporting our Members and the Business Services team. Internship Details This position is for a full-time, seasonal internship – 40 hours per week. This internship will begin on, June 8, 2026, and end on August 14, 2026 (end date can be modified based on fall college schedule). Ability to provide a recent transcript will be required during the interview process. This position is not eligible for benefits other than what’s required by law. Preferred Majors Business Administration/Management Finance Communications Requirements Strong service orientation. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook. Customer service experience. Basic math skills. Interest in learning how businesses operate. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability and desire to work in a team-oriented environment. Must be a Junior or Senior in college with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA. Compensation $23/hourly Applications will be accepted through April 12th. This posting will be removed and no longer accepting applications after this date. Responsibilities Foster positive relationships with other Redwood Credit Union team members. Support the Business Services team. Collaborate on projects in Business Services to help streamline processes. Partner with other business lines to integrate with Business Services. Interact with business owners over the phone. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist, and turn. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds. Ability to use a computer keyboard and calculator. Work environment is indoors; majority of the time is spent sitting at a desk.
