The Business Services Analyst position will perform a variety of business, fiscal, and administrative functions to address the business needs of OCPI. Work requires constant interaction with the public, recipients, providers, staff members, management, external partners, and vendors. Responsibilities assigned to the role include intake and processing complaints, maintain and update the complaint management system, assist with vendor and contract management, financial analysis, data analysis.
