About The Position

The Business Services Analyst position will perform a variety of business, fiscal, and administrative functions to address the business needs of OCPI. Work requires constant interaction with the public, recipients, providers, staff members, management, external partners, and vendors. Responsibilities assigned to the role include intake and processing complaints, maintain and update the complaint management system, assist with vendor and contract management, financial analysis, data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of experience in HR, budgeting, research or administrative management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the Medicaid or healthcare industry with hands on experience in administrative management, project management, financial analysis, contracts & procurement, or budgeting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public administration, or related business area
