About The Position

The Lead Business Analyst – SailPoint Integration & IAM Support is responsible for engaging and leading the design, testing, and management of SailPoint identity governance solutions while driving business analysis, process optimization, and compliance efforts. This role collaborates with technical teams and business stakeholders to define requirements, streamline IAM workflows, build and test solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in identity and access management, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on SailPoint integrations and security best practices.
