SUMMARY Partner Engineering and Science is seeking a full-time technical Business Service Coordinator to assist our Project Managers and Technical Directors on all project-related duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience working in an office environment.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat & Reader
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical skills
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines
  • 2+ years of relevant office or administrative experience
  • Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
  • Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an engineering, construction or environmental field is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records and databases
  • Draft, edit, and format professional correspondence, reports, and documentation
  • Track, prepare, and review project materials and proposals to ensure accuracy and timely completion
  • Create, distribute, and monitor client invoices, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up as needed
  • Track, process, and submit expense reports in accordance with company procedures
  • Serve as a point of contact for incoming client calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments
  • Proactively support administrative and project-related tasks while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and attention to deadlines
