The Administrative Business Coordinator is responsible for the delivery and execution of core administrative duties in support of two Managing Directors in Human Resources, as well as providing occasional ad hoc support to senior directors on their teams. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, demonstrates a strong sense of initiative, and is a self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision. This role requires a proactive approach to anticipating needs and solving problems as they arise.
