How You’ll Make a Difference As a Business Reporting Analyst, you’ll help turn data into clarity. You’ll partner with leaders across the business to understand what they need—even when it’s not fully defined—and translate it into meaningful, reliable reporting. Your work will help teams see what’s working, what’s not, and where to go next.

Requirements

• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and reporting tools (SSRS or similar), along with a strong understanding of data structures and ETL concepts
• Ability to interpret data and tell a clear story that helps leaders make informed decisions
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams and leadership
• A self-starter mindset with attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a genuine commitment to teamwork

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI and SQL-based reports and dashboards that drive better decisions and improve day-to-day operations
• Work closely with business leaders to gather requirements, ask the right questions, and turn ideas into clear, actionable insights
• Analyze and validate data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reports are accurate, reliable, and easy to understand
• Continuously improve reporting tools and processes to support efficiency, growth, and long-term business goals
