About The Position

The Corporate Real Estate Project Manager supports the Global Real Estate Lead in managing the organization's real estate portfolio, with a focus on commercial transactions, lease administration, and strategic planning to advance business objectives. This role requires a highly service-oriented professional with strong relationship management skills and deep expertise in commercial real estate.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial real estate, with a strong track record in real estate transactions.
Bachelor's degree in real estate, or a related field; real estate degree and/or advanced degree strongly preferred.
Real estate license preferred.
Demonstrated financial acumen related to commercial real estate transactions, including experience with financial modeling and analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Experience managing third-party vendors and working in a matrixed environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with portfolio strategy and workplace planning.
Knowledge of building systems and operations is a plus.
PowerPoint presentation development and the ability to communicate complex real estate concepts visually and effectively.

Responsibilities

Support the Global Real Estate Lead in all aspects of the corporate real estate portfolio, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and renewals for commercial properties.
Lead and execute commercial real estate transactions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant internal policies.
Oversee lease administration, including tracking critical dates, managing lease documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate lease payments.
Manage real estate data, maintain accurate records, and generate regular data reports to support decision-making and portfolio optimization.
Provide financial analysis and modeling for real estate transactions, including NPV analysis, and other key metrics.
Assist in developing and overseeing the real estate budget, partnering with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
Maintain effective communication with the Global Real Estate Lead, senior management, stakeholders, and business partners regarding real estate strategy, transactions, and portfolio performance.
Oversee third-party vendor relationships, including brokers, legal counsel, and property managers.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings, operational improvements, and portfolio optimization.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
