About The Position
Lead and coordinate residential and commercial projects’ planning, entitlement, and design processes. Manage Project schedule, liaise with municipal and agency officials, and oversee consultants to ensure the timely execution of development projects. Should have experience in project management, urban planning, or real estate development, focusing on residential and commercial community building.
Requirements
- Must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.
- Reqs MS in Arch or rel w/ 2 yrs of exp.
