Requirements

• Minimum of three years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of managing a project and two years of Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
• Experience in fund operations (e.g., Fund Accounting, Fund Tax, Fund Treasury) or broader finance background; familiarity with the larger financial ecosystem is highly desirable.
• Consulting mindset and a passion for driving change.
• Certifications like PMP, Prosci, or Agile are highly valued.
• Experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step, etc.) is a strong advantage.
