About The Position

As a Business Program Manager (BPM) on the Office of the Chief People Officer (OCPO) Team, you'll work with a team of incredibly passionate leaders who enable our Chief People Officer to do transformational work across the company. We are looking for a BPM to support operations and program management across OCPO and the organization for high priority special projects that arise. The role will also support infrastructure for the Human Resources (HR) Rhythm of Business (RoB), HR leadership communities, and more! The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving strategic initiatives, and working cross-functionally to accelerate the business. In addition to day-to-day program management work, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow through project work and partnerships with other teams. In this role, you'll be empowered to anticipate needs, orchestrate complex challenges, and enable clarity and connection-helping fuel a culture of innovation and excellence. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Operations, Finance) AND 4+ years' work experience in program management, process management, process improvement, financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
  • OR equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drives the architecting, developing, and executing the rhythm of business (RoB). Works with OCPO team to drive outcomes. Provides direction for identifying and determining objectives to execute which are in alignment with the goals of the organization.
  • Streamline and simplify operations across OCPO team domains, including RoB, business reviews, and comms/change management, implementing best practices, automation and continuous improvement strategies. - Provide support for the rhythm of business, planning cycles, agendas, facilitation, and priority setting.
  • Sets best practices for strategy leveraging consolidated information, advocating for business cases, and presents cases to leader and business partners. - Recommend, develop, and implement efficiencies by introducing tools, templates, and frameworks that improve effectiveness.
  • Build and evolve tools, resources, databases, and processes to efficiently achieve outcomes, including AI tools and agentic scenarios.
  • Drive strategic operational projects and initiatives that contribute to the company's success.
  • Contributing to or leading a portfolio of projects, including the project plan, timelines, milestones, financial management, performance metrics, and/or resource needs for complex programs.
  • Demonstrating an understanding of mapping or how systems work and impact one another.
  • Collecting and evaluating success criteria and performance metrics.
  • Utilizing direction and strategy from leadership regarding business areas of expertise to help create and execute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives and objectives and influencing others to change behavior accordingly.
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing projects/priorities under tight deadlines, quickly prioritizing for impact and delivering results.
  • Attention to detail with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, drawing from a variety of perspectives and exercising judgement.
