The Customer Advocacy's team mission is to incubate and scale innovative new business models and customer experiences. The team leverages adaptive leadership principles to drive large-scale change and transform business models across SME&C (Small, Medium Enterprises & Channel), Digital Natives & ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), Education, Public Sector, Health and Life Sciences and other industry-specific customer segments. We are looking for Business Program Manager who will be responsible for creating communities for field sales and partner audiences to share best practices and learn about initiatives for driving customer success programs and solutions with end customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leaders, and stakeholders to shape the program vision, plan, drive community engagement and participation. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
  • Strong passion to learn about new software, AI or security technologies (e.g. pursuit of training or certifications)
  • Demonstrated ability to help colleagues or customers understand new technologies and apply them

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 3+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 5+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supports and contributes to performing program landscape research and analysis (e.g., internal and/or external market, sales, delivery), forecasting, and examining business insights and trends (e.g., customer feedback and expectations) to identify stakeholders and program scope, and stay current, agile, and competitive.
  • Collaborates with others to understand overall business goals, objectives, and strategies, as well as short-and long-term business priorities (e.g., artificial intelligence [AI], security, efficiency, quality).
  • Understands and identifies current program risks, impact, and mitigation plans, in collaboration with others.
  • Identifies internal opportunities to develop new programs and improve current ones, with minimal guidance.
  • Collaborates with others to identify root problems (e.g., root-cause analysis), define the program strategy, gather program requirements, establish and maintain alignment with stakeholders/leaders, identify resource needs, create the project plan and targets, and work across teams to align on the plan of record.
  • Begins to improve operations of existing programs by identifying appropriate methodologies and best practices, defining and diagnosing program issues, assessing various scenarios, and selecting the optimal scenario to resolve issues.
  • Drives clarity in program issues and strives for simplification.
  • Works with cross-functional (e.g., organizational, product, business) stakeholders (e.g., Engineering) to design security-, privacy-, and other regulatorily-compliant programs from initiation to delivery, with guidance.
  • Collaborates to produce collateral (e.g., proposals, strategy walking deck, internal and external pitch content) to incorporate stakeholder needs and ensure the business objectives are met.
