Contractor - Business Processing Specialist
About The Position
Your Assignment at a Glance The Specialist will 1) provide superior customer service to dealers, consumers, lienholders, and other customers, 2) sort incoming cancellation requests in the BP inbox, 3) process cancellations according to company guidelines, 4) assist with payment processing as needed. We are seeking contractor candidates legally authorized to work in the United States, without Sponsorship. This position is for a contract role with The Friedkin Group. As a contractor, you will play an essential role in supporting our business needs while bringing your expertise and skills to our team. Contractors are engaged for a defined period and assignment. Contractors are not employees of The Friedkin Group, and as such, they are not eligible for company-sponsored benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, or retirement plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service in phone conversations, written correspondences, follow-up activities, and coordination of job responsibilities.
- Process cancellation and transfer requests from dealers, customers and lienholders.
- Verify customer names, vehicles, and other information to assure accuracy.
- Pursue additional information needed on incomplete cancellations.
