The Business Process Analyst provides business analysis and continuous process improvement support for strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. The analyst will be part of a process excellence team charged with evaluating and optimizing key business processes. As such, this role will partner with cross functional stakeholders to document current business processes, identify gaps and opportunities, recommend process improvement actions, and implement changes. We are looking for a strategic problem solver with an industrial engineering mindset — someone who thrives on bringing clarity to complexity and turning process challenges into opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate is motivated by making sense out of chaos, skilled at uncovering root causes, and driven to design and implement smarter, more efficient workflows. They are fluent in process tools and data-driven methods like Lean and Six Sigma, comfortable communicating across levels of the organization, and able to translate insights into meaningful, sustainable change.
