The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and an interest in promoting efficiency through streamlining of processes and developing standardized procedures. This role requires a proactive communicator, capable of managing multiple tasks, and someone willing to learn alongside a new and developing team. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, maintaining documentation and resources, as well as training users and helping to lead process improvement initiatives.
