Embedded within the Sales department, this role partners closely with Sales Leadership and Corporate Human Resources to ensure effective workforce planning, talent execution, performance processes, and employee experience across the Sales organization. This position serves as the primary liaison between Sales and HR, ensuring alignment with corporate policies while meeting the operational and strategic needs of a high-performing sales organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of performance management, employment practices, and compensation concepts
  • Ability to operate effectively within a matrixed organization
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Professional judgment and discretion
  • Stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with corporate HR standards
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to support organizational changes
  • Coordinate full-cycle hiring activities for Sales roles in collaboration with Corporate HR and Talent Acquisition
  • Oversee sales onboarding processes to ensure timely ramp-up
  • Assist with promotions, job changes, and compensation adjustments, within established frameworks
  • Ensure accurate execution of compensation-related processes, including assistance with offer letters for Sales employees
  • Serve as the first point of contact for people-related inquiries within Sales
  • Partner with Corporate HR on employee relations matters and policy interpretation
  • Manage the creation of consulting agreements, collaborating with Management and Legal
  • Ensure consistent application of corporate policies, employment practices, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate employee data and documentation for Sales teams in HR systems
  • Support audits, reporting requirements, and process improvements
  • Manage Sales personnel assets, including company vehicles, laptops, mobile devices and related equipment
  • Coordinate asset tracking, transfer upgrades, and returns for new hires, role changes, and offboarding
  • Partner with IT, Fleet Management, and Finance to ensure timely provisioning and compliance with corporate standards
  • Maintain accurate asset records, inventories, and acknowledgements in designated systems
  • Serve as primary point of contact within Sales for asset-related questions and escalations
