We are seeking a Business Process Improvement Manager to serve as a driving force for lean transformation and operational excellence across our organization. The successful candidate will act as an internal consultant, using their expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization to assess current practices, identify opportunities, and implement scalable solutions that enhance capacity, quality, and cost efficiency. Beyond process mapping and analysis, this leader will facilitate cross-functional workshops, develop and track key performance metrics, and communicate progress at every level – from operators to executive leadership. With a strategic yet hands-on approach, you’ll deliver training, mentor colleagues, and leverage best practices to influence change, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and help shape the future of our business operations.
