Amentum is seeking a Business Process Engineer to join our team of passionate individuals in Linthicum, MD. In this role you will support challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the Nation's security and intelligence mission. The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves deadline pressures. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers. Our program includes easily available process information and support from others with similar positions across the team.

Requirements

  • Experience applying business process engineering principles.
  • Ten (10) years of process engineering experience
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering may be substituted for four (4) years of experience
  • TS/SCI with poly

Responsibilities

  • Applies process improvement and engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects
  • Assists the Government with transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives
  • Performs activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements
  • Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer
  • Serves as key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise- wide integration of reengineering efforts
