Amentum is seeking a Business Process Engineer to join our team of passionate individuals in Linthicum, MD. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers. Requirements

• Experience applying business process engineering principles.
• Ten (10) years of process engineering experience
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering may be substituted for four (4) years of experience
• TS/SCI with poly

Responsibilities

• Applies process improvement and engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects
• Assists the Government with transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives
• Performs activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements
• Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer
• Serves as key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise- wide integration of reengineering efforts
