This position advises the City's Executive Management Team, department directors, and other officials on matters related to strategic planning and organizational performance management. The consultant measures and analyzes performance to identify strategic and operational issues that impact City success, helping leaders solve complex problems and improve government performance. The position manages and supports Citywide planning, performance reporting, and data-driven performance review processes that strengthen program and service delivery.
