ProSidian Seeks a Business Process Consultant / Business Analyst (Contract Contingent) located In Fort Lee, VA (or surrounding area) "to support an engagement for Contract Lifecycle Management on behalf of A Federal Government Agency. The ProSidian Engagement includes but is not limited to Management & Operations Consulting related to non-personal service in support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) for contract lifecycle management processes to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements. This is a non-personal services contract to provide support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) of up to 200 contract lifecycle management processes, and to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements. Contract lifecycle management documentation will define a subset of requirements for agile development of A Federal Agency’s Integrated Workload Management System (IWMS) in support and execution of A Federal Agency Contract Management Office (CMO) responsibilities. This project focuses efforts on support - to BPR such as LEAN analysis and process efficiencies at CMOs while developing automation necessary to implement changes or improvements in governance, process, and procedures. This is Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 position with commensurate benefits and competitive salary. The ideal Business Process Consultant / Business Analyst (Contract Contingent) has the appropriate skill sets, education, work experience and work quantity to successfully meet all the requirements of this basic IDIQ and all awarded TOs on behalf of The ProSidian Engagement Team. Responsible for the analysis of multiple, complex process flows and the design and development of multiple, complex application systems. Incumbent will primarily be responsible for the development, documentation and support of moderate to complex workflows using K2 Smart forms in SharePoint 2010. Heavily involved in the transition of existing workflows from InfoPath forms to K2 Smart forms. Responsible for gathering user requirements and designing a workflow solution that best meets those business requirements. Also, provide support for less complex workflows developed by end users and junior team members in SharePoint. The incumbent actively supports and complies with all client policies and procedures. Responsible for building and maintaining critical business process automation applications through K2 BlackPearl Workflow & Forms technologies, as well as growing and developing the organization's perception with existing customers through exceptional customer service - Responsible for capturing data and creating reports utilizing SQL in a backend capacity - Design and implement Business Process Management workflows with K2 BlackPearl Workflow & Forms technologies - Develop smart objects on top of Database and SharePoint as well as other Team Collaboration Software platforms - Develop Smart forms using Smart objects and integrate Smart forms with workflows - Design and implement RDBMS application data layer for capturing custom data requirements to support the workflow - Review and contribute to technical documentation for workflows and other development initiatives - Produce and execute system and system integration testing - Prepare necessary release documentation for production deployment - Coordinate development and support efforts with the offshore team(s) is must. - Map, develop, and translate requirements into a specification document containing high level of technical design information in support of the development work, as well as create documents that specify strategy, assessment.
