The Business Process Management Department includes responsibility for ensuring the Direct Access Request Tracking (DART) computer system is a reliable, stable, accurate and compliant system by establishing and implementing quality control steps focusing on system changes and events (both planned and unplanned). The DART system is the customer facing system used for transportation and storage services across all KM Interstate pipelines, Midstream assets, CO2 business and unique services. This individual serves as the liaison between the Information Technology (IT) development group and the business units and is responsible for the management of projects that include the analysis of complex business problems, development of user requirements, and implementation of cost-effective alternatives/system enhancements.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage business user requests for changes and enhancements to the DART system.Ensure all changes and system solutions are fully compliant with various North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) standards, FERC gas tariffs, and FERC regulationsEnsure business user requests are developed and implemented efficiently, and broadly communicated to reach consensus from all those who may be impacted.Ensure business users and IT are utilizing the defined business processes to request, define, test and implement all modifications/enhancements and capital projectsConduct regular/periodic meetings with business users, IT, and others to: establish priorities for change requests and capital projects, and share issues and track progress/status according to established project deadlinesAnalyze and fully understand complex change requests and resolve competing prioritiesWork to minimize the overall number of change requests when at all possibleContinually look for process improvements and best practicesOther daily, weekly, and monthly duties and special projects as assignedLevel will be comensurate with experience up to a Lead level.
