Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Business Process Analyst at GDIT. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Business Process Analyst, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the program. You will play a crucial role in providing quality reporting and meeting deliverable deadlines. Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Develop and document business process models using appropriate tools and methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs. Design and implement process improvements that contribute to operational efficiency. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes and make adjustments as necessary. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, outlining findings and recommendations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business process management. Support project management activities as required Provide training and support to staff on new processes and tools.

  • Provide training and support to staff on new processes and tools.
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Proficient in excel - VBA, XLOOKUP
  • Able to manage data in SharePoint and/or ePMO
  • High attention to detail, especially in data entry and quality checks.
  • Effective communication skills to drive deliverables to completion with approved timeline.
  • Suitability
  • PowerApps and Power BI experience is highly preferred
