About The Position

As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll be a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), working alongside highly experienced Process Improvement Managers and Project Leaders to turn improvement concepts into automated, data-driven solutions. You will support all functions across the engine MRO value stream, helping the functional teams make better decisions and achieve meaningful efficiency gains through process improvements supported by data analytics and automation. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to learn the full breadth of our Engine MRO business, gaining exposure to all major functions while building analytics and automation solutions that drive meaningful operational impact.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and ability to derive meaningful insights from operational data
  • Ability to think both big picture and systems-level, building solutions that help cross-functional teams collaborate
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn business processes
  • Proficiency in pulling, joining, and validating data from multiple sources
  • Familiarity with statistical methods and data verification techniques
  • Able to write SQL queries & general understanding of databases
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to support reporting and presentations
  • Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments
  • Undergraduate degree in one of the following fields (or equivalent experience): • Data Science / Analytics • Industrial Engineering • Economics (with a strong data analytics focus) • Applied Mathematics / Mathematics • Computer Science

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Python (or similar) and VB languages considered an asset
  • Understanding of Lean/ Six Sigma and other Continuous Improvement tools and techniques is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Build high-quality dashboards, reports, and automated analytics tools (primarily in Power BI, SQL, or Python) to support cross-functional operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Process Improvement Manager to translate improvement opportunities into data-driven, scalable solutions.
  • Analyze and synthesize operational data from multiple sources to support decision-making across the value stream.
  • Work closely with IT to define data requirements and identify opportunities to improve data structures, data quality, and system maturity.
  • Support teams in mapping current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing future-state workflows.
  • Learn and understand the business processes behind the data to ensure proper interpretation, context, and solution design.
  • Prepare clear documentation, presentations, and communication materials for operational and executive stakeholders.
  • Support PMO-led Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement initiatives.
