About The Position

This project focuses on the development and implementation of comprehensive IT operational processes and controls to support critical migration projects. The primary goal is to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient project execution within the telecom domain. The candidate will be responsible for creating a structured framework for project planning, execution, and incident management, ultimately enhancing operational stability and team capabilities. GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Remote is $75,000 to $85,000 and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good-faith estimate, and the amount offered may be higher or lower. Responsibilities

Process & Controls Development: Build and establish robust IT operational processes and controls specifically tailored for critical migration projects.
Documentation and Planning: Create detailed project documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and procedural guides.
Critical Incident Management: Lead the team in the planning and execution of critical incident response, ensuring a clear and effective protocol is in place.
Team Leadership and Development: Act as a leader to the project team, providing guidance, training, and mentoring to groom team members and improve overall performance.
Agile Project Management: Manage the project using Agile methodologies to ensure flexibility, adaptability, and continuous delivery.
