Role and Responsibilities Provide expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts and in translating business process needs into technical requirements. Provide expertise in change management and training support. Provide organizational and strategic planning for a wide variety of technical and functional environments. Provide expertise in, but not limited to, Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis and Technical Analysis.

Requirements

  • BS/BA (or equivalent)
  • Approximately 4 or more years experience
  • Salesforce platform experience (user story documentation, requirements gathering)
  • Agile Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM)
  • Experience with JIRA or similar Agile project management tools
  • Federal government or grants management experience

Nice To Haves

  • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) knowledge or certification
  • Human Centered Design (HCD) methodology experience
  • Salesforce Public Sector Solutions experience
  • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification
  • Experience with OmniStudio/OmniScript requirements
  • Cross-team coordination experience in multi-vendor environments

Responsibilities
