Support TriForza as a Business Process Analyst Intern and gain hands-on experience analyzing system and workflow data to understand performance, identify gaps, measure the impact of automation efforts, and support the development of standardized processes to track and measure automation performance. You’ll contribute to real projects such as researching and defining key performance metrics, organizing data from multiple systems, building dashboards that support automation and process optimization efforts while building key professional skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Skills you will gain during the internship: Present data in ways that clearly communicate trends, performance, and gaps over time. Use data to evaluate outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and assess the impact of changes. Gain hands-on exposure to analytics, reporting, and automation tools supporting workflow and process optimization. Building meaningful connections with colleagues, mentors, and other professionals. Interns are expected to work during our standard business hours, which are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Interns are typically required to work onsite at our Seattle office every Tuesday, with the option for remote work on other days based on departmental needs.
