Develop and maintain weekly and monthly sales performance reports, including POS scorecards, ladder plans, and price tracking dashboards. Support the measurement of promotions, pricing, and markdown effectiveness, recommending actions to optimize profitability and sell-through. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reporting platforms; proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies. Analyze and recap sales results for internal stakeholders and executive leadership, providing actionable insights and concise summaries. Analyze Target POS data to identify performance drivers, emerging trends, and areas for improvement. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to drive share, pricing optimization, and new item performance.
