About The Position

IS&T Business Planning is an exciting & dynamic organization working with
customers in Apple’s Lines of Business and IS&T teams across the globe. This is
a hands-on position where you will be involved in requirements analysis,
functional and technical design discussions, testing, proof-of-concept, working
with partners, and more.

This is not a task-based job; you will be responsible for successful outcomes
and delivery. Strong fundamentals are a requirement but you have to have more.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in business process design and functional systems design
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings with team members as well as partners across multiple functions in an organization
• Outstanding analytical skills and experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting key business and financial data
• Polished project management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to translate problem statements into actionable functional and technical design requirements
• Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally across large global organizations
• Relentless focus on details, accuracy, and quality
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Program / Project Management applications such as Clarity
• Influencer that knows how to connect the dots at the project, team, and organizational levels
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast paced, changing environment
