About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) serves as a strategic advisor and workforce architect responsible for building the talent infrastructure required to support rapid, multi-market expansion. This role goes beyond transactional recruiting and functions as a consultative partner to senior leaders, aligning talent strategy with business objectives, operational forecasts, and long-term growth plans. The TABP leads full-cycle recruitment while influencing hiring decisions, workforce planning, employer branding, and talent analytics. This role is critical to ensuring the organization hires high-performing, culturally aligned talent that drives revenue, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Four to six years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume hiring.
  • Experience recruiting across technical, sales, customer service, engineering, construction, and leadership roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and consultative partnership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional sourcing capability and market research skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational discipline.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
  • Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and social recruiting tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Telecommunications, broadband, or fiber industry recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Start-up or high-growth company experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience using ATS platforms (iCIMS Recruiting preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders on talent strategy, market trends, and workforce planning.
  • Lead intake discussions to align role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies.
  • Influence hiring decisions using data, market intelligence, and candidate insights.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding partnership.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across multiple markets.
  • Drive efficient hiring processes while maintaining quality-of-hire standards.
  • Recruit for high-turnover, growth-driven roles across various geographies.
  • Coordinate and attend career fairs and community hiring events.
  • Adapt recruiting strategies to meet evolving business priorities.
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen Ezee Fiber’s employer brand.
  • Leverage social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking events to engage passive talent.
  • Promote a compelling candidate’s experience aligned with company values.
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (Paycor Recruiting preferred).
  • Track KPIs such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, pipeline conversion, and quality-of-hire.
