Our Revenue Strategy & Operations (RSO) team is seeking a strong Business Partner to collaborate with our Large Customer Sales (LCS) team covering the US. This role is pivotal in driving sales rigor, providing actionable business insights, and propelling sales strategy alongside sales leadership. Location: New York preferred; remote or hybrid eligible

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline is required.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or analogous strategy & operations roles, with a demonstrable history of driving significant business impact. A good understanding of digital advertising and media is required, previous experience in the industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and advanced analytical proficiency are required, characterized by a highly structured and proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations is paramount.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and exert influence across multiple business units (particularly sales, finance, product, and marketing) is required for the successful implementation of large-scale programs and initiatives.
  • Proven experience in partnering with and influencing executive-level stakeholders is necessary, including thought leadership and the ability to secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in sales systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (e.g., Salesforce), and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, BigQuery) is requisite. A strong aptitude for analyzing complex datasets and generating meaningful business insights is expected. SQL proficiency is mandatory.
  • Superior verbal and written communication abilities are essential, coupled with the capacity to articulate intricate concepts with clarity and persuasiveness to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational and program management skills are required to streamline and optimize sales operations. Aggressively prioritizing and managing multiple complex projects, along with easily context switching to drive outcomes, is expected.
  • The candidate must exhibit high adaptability and comfort in navigating ambiguous environments, demonstrating resilience and a proactive approach to problem resolution.

Nice To Haves

  • An MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
  • A good understanding of digital advertising and media is required, previous experience in the industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, sales finance, business operations, product adoption, and other cross-functional stakeholders on strategic operational projects designed to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue
  • Devise and recommend go-to-market strategies in close partnership with senior sales and cross-functional leaders
  • Lead weekly revenue forecasting, unearthing and amplifying key insights that drive business outlook
  • Track data and maintain our reporting processes, spanning key sales pipeline, productivity metrics, and forecasting
  • Build automation and scalability, optimize operational processes, and ensure seamless integration around systems, tools, and technology
  • Develop analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques to plan and communicate short and long-term resource needs
  • Oversee the annual and quarterly planning processes for sales teams
