The Business Partner and Campaigns associate will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated communications campaigns and business partner initiatives. This role is ideal for a communications professional eager to learn, collaborate, and grow within a dynamic team, while helping drive impactful projects that support both business unit and Firmwide goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or project coordination (internships and relevant coursework may be considered).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write clearly and concisely for various audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Basic project management skills; experience supporting projects or campaigns preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.

  • Familiarity with digital content management systems, intranet platforms, or analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of multi-platform communications campaigns, working closely with the Director and cross-functional teams.
  • Support the development of presentations, executive summaries, and campaign status updates for internal stakeholders.
  • Help manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, and approvals throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Contribute to content planning and production, including drafting copy for internal channels and supporting ad hoc writing needs.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, helping to prepare post-campaign analyses.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal business partners, responding to requests and facilitating communication between teams.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and help document best practices for campaign management.
  • Provide project management assistance, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned by the Director or senior team
