What You Can Expect The Business Operations role is a growth-focused role within the broader CCS team, whose primary responsibility is collaborating with the broader CCS team to ensure adherence to business processes, facilitate the timely delivery of critical system input and maintenance of internal systems. In the Business Operations role, you will interact with team members across the organization to help ensure our team runs smoothly, meets our objectives and deadlines and provides the most accurate information to internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Set up and maintenance of collaborative workspaces. Generation and maintenance of part numbers. Collaborate with the broader CCS team to document internal processes. Facilitate data entry and retrieval for weekly reporting cycles. Help facilitate seamless data transmission from quote to forecast. What We're Looking For We are looking for an entry-level Business Operations person to support our dynamic, fast-paced and growing business by optimizing, managing and monitoring our internal processes to ensure CCS meets key internal deliverables on our path to achieving corporate revenue and profitability targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (e.g., Operations Management, MIS, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Project Management).
  • Up to two years of experience with exposure to technology or semiconductor environments is a plus.
  • A laser-focused attention to detail, a strong collaborative mindset, willingness to ask questions, a passion for organization and an enthusiasm to tackle new problems will be crucial to success in this role.
  • Additionally, strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are required.
  • An understanding of the semiconductor industry is desirable.
