This role supports process design, cross-functional project execution, and performance tracking that strengthens the employee and contractor experience. This individual will collaborate across departments to analyze trends, streamline workflows, and develop solutions that elevate both our care delivery and operational excellence. Their work helps UEW continue to scale with purpose—ensuring that our people, policies, and processes support our mission

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, HR, project management, or systems improvement—healthcare preferred.
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and JIRA.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator who can work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and document current processes across business departments to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies.
  • Recommend and implement scalable solutions that align with UEW’s mission and operational goals.
  • Assist in building workflows, SOPs, and toolkits to promote consistency and clarity across teams.
  • Lead or participate in cross-team initiatives aimed at improving the contractor, employee, or patient experience.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Clinical, and Shared Services teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely follow-through.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, helping teams stay accountable and aligned.
  • Collect, analyze, and present operational and workforce data to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain dashboards and scorecards to monitor KPIs across areas such as onboarding, compliance, engagement, and system utilization.
  • Translate data into actionable insights that drive improvements and celebrate performance.
  • Help teams adopt new tools or processes through training sessions, documentation, and clear communication.
  • Act as a support resource for business systems (e.g., SharePoint, JIRA, tracking tools) to ensure confident and consistent use.
  • Promote a service mindset, helping the broader People Ops team understand how historical context, team relationships, and individual needs shape the work we do
