About The Position

Business Operations Specialist Key Role: Coordinate and synchronize Army logistics and technology operations to increase readiness and meet mission requirements through more efficient collaboration and integration. Manage the planning and execution of Program Executive Office (PEO) theater teams in support of operational requirements. Ensure the equipping and sustaining of current and future critical operational requirements for U.S. and coalition forces while planning, synchronizing, and executing the retrograde and redeployment of equipment and personnel supporting operation resolute support objectives. Coordinate across Army-level staff, as well as supported operational headquarters on requirements and sourcing. Provide technical support, training, program management, logistics, and engineering in support of the Army.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with project management concepts and principles in a professional work environment
  • Experience leading teams and working as an integral member of the client delivery team
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with advising for the federal government, Intelligence Community (IC), and Department of Defense (DoD)
  • Experience in a leadership role, including working with senior management to find solutions for customers and leading teams
  • Experience managing large multitask contracts in scope and complexity
  • Experience using Agile approaches to lead a project or program
  • Knowledge of contract coordination with subcontractor and teammate staffing
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA)
  • Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills
