About The Position

Work Schedule : 100% FTE. Day Shift. Monday – Friday; 8:00AM – 4:30PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist in Pharmacy to: Analyze operational performance, monitor trends, and report key findings. Gather and evaluate data to support targets for customer service, productivity, and cost control. Assist in developing and implementing new policies and procedures. Ensure departmental compliance with all regulatory requirements. Support leadership with project planning, program development, and business opportunity evaluations. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree In business administration, finance, information systems, or another relevant field Required
• Four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree in addition to the experience listed below. Required
• 1 year Of experience in healthcare, accounting, business administration, finance, analytics, project leadership, or related experience Required

• 2 years Of experience in healthcare, accounting, business administration, finance, analytics, project leadership, or related experience Preferred
