We’re looking for a results-driven Business Operations Manager to drive branch performance and operational excellence. In this role, you will partner closely with branch leadership to achieve operational and financial goals through process innovation, KPI management, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will serve as the branch ambassador for corporate programs while ensuring daily operations align with RelaDyne processes, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret KPIs and performance data
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data queries and pivot tables
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (experience with RelaDyne ERP preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Leadership and coaching abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Creative, innovative problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and embrace change
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to RelaWay SOPs by enforcing daily, weekly, and monthly branch processes
  • Analyze branch performance trends to identify improvement opportunities
  • Review and process GP Batch Reports, conduct exception investigations, and drive corrective actions
  • Monitor Branch Scorecard KPIs daily, taking proactive corrective action as needed
  • Support branch leadership in achieving or exceeding prior year and budget targets in labor & expense management, EBITDA, Flow Thru, and Safety metrics
  • Provide analytical support for annual budgets and weekly forecasts
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and support center projects, ensuring smooth branch-level integration
  • Support inventory initiatives through analytical review, strategic oversight, and performance management (utilization, disposition, and excess inventory returns)
  • Promote problem-solving across people, process, and systems
  • Support change management initiatives by driving engagement and buy-in at the branch level
  • Assist with CAPEX request composition and review to maximize profitability and mitigate risk
  • Maintain strong working relationships across branch departments, other branches, and centralized teams
  • Provide technical troubleshooting support (ERP and related systems)
  • Support internal and external dispute resolution, customer audits, and special projects
  • Conduct regular warehouse visits within scope to foster communication and operational alignment
  • Support hiring, training, and professional development initiatives
  • Sustain and promote a strong safety culture
  • Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions
