Managing a $23M budget and leading a high-performing team, you’ll oversee the business systems, administrative functions and financial frameworks that keep MARP at the forefront of excellence. Requirements

  • Extensive management experience and qualifications in business or financial operations
  • A proven ability to lead teams that deliver meticulous, high-quality work and exceptional customer service
  • Superior analytical, conceptual, planning and communication skills
  • Expertise in strategic financial management, systems improvement and operational oversight
  • The relationship-building finesse to influence, negotiate and partner across a complex organisation
  • Advanced digital literacy and confidence with modern business management systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic business and financial initiatives that shape MARP’s direction and performance
  • Complex operational, administrative and financial functions across the platform
  • Budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance monitoring with strong oversight
  • Continuous process improvement, quality control and service optimisation
  • High-impact projects, policies and compliance processes that support organisational success
  • Strong internal and external partnerships, including contract negotiation and management
