Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Business Operations Manager to join our Interior Responsibility Center (IRC) Business Operations team in Everett, WA. Our team is currently hiring a Level K Business Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • Experience in Business Operations
  • 5+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing cross-functional teams
  • 5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects
  • 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
  • 5+ years of experience with team building, developing and motivating employees

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of experience developing and leading business strategy
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management – ability to prioritize/coordinate and track multiple issues simultaneously is essential to this role

Responsibilities

  • Manages employees performing business management activities in the area of Business Operations.
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Ensures work statement compliance.
  • Ensures consistent management system processes and tools are used.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees.
