About The Position

The Intern will support day-to-day activities within their assigned department while gaining hands-on experience in a professional manufacturing and business environment. This role is designed to provide meaningful exposure to real-world projects, team collaboration, and organizational processes aligned with the company’s values and operational goals. Interns may assist with administrative tasks, data analysis, process documentation, project coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives depending on departmental needs and the intern’s field of study. This position is intended to be a developmental opportunity that balances learning objectives with practical business contributions.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed an accredited college, university, or technical program
  • Field of study relevant to the department of assignment (e.g., business, engineering, HR, operations, finance, safety, quality, or related discipline)
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Responsibilities

  • Support departmental projects, initiatives, and daily operations
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Prepare documentation, presentations, and process updates
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and team discussions
  • Observe and learn company systems, workflows, and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members as assigned
  • Follow all company policies related to safety, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Complete special projects or assignments as directed by department leadership
