The PDS Health Summer Intern Program is a 10-week, in-person, full-time, paid internship that provides undergraduate students with invaluable insight and experience into the operation of a large multi-state employer.

Requirements

• Current or recent enrollment in an accredited graduate degree program in Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, or Public Relations
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Gains an understanding of the PDS Health business model for specialty dentistry
• Works with the Senior Manager of Specialty Platform Development to develop content for clinical and operational workflows.
• Manages the project through the major project phases: needs analysis, design, development, and deployment
• Collaborates with team members in assigned department to accomplish daily tasks and project deliverables
• Collaborates with various departments, specifically – Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), Marketing, and Training
• Communicates frequently with specialty dentistry subject matter experts and clinicians
• Collaborates with other interns to accomplish completion of assigned group project
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Other duties as assigned by Management
