The Business Operations & Excellence Manager plays a critical role in partnering closely with senior leaders across Product, Finance, Risk, Legal/Compliance, Technology, Operations and Go-To-Market teams to drive operational rigor, business planning, and execution excellence. They will support and execute critical cross-functional initiatives, establish scalable operating mechanisms, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes. This individual will operate as a trusted resource to leadership, combining analytical depth with strong execution capabilities in a highly regulated, data-driven fintech environment.
